How can I run the program just by turning on the power in monitor mode?

There are two modes in PE-PRO and PE-Expert series: monitor mode and user program mode.
1) Explanation of mode
Monitor mode
The program downloaded to the DSP at power on or reset. It is a mode to start in a state that it is not running. Operation (Execute) from PE-View is required to execute user program. This mode is used to prevent inoperability when program runaway.

User program mode
After power on or reset, the system is started up in user program mode. The program written in the DSP is automatically executed.
2) Setting monitor mode and user program mode

In the case of F28335A, it switches with switch S1.
For MWPE3-C6713A, it switches with bit 4 of switch DSW2.
For MWPE4-C6657, it switches with bit 2 of switch SW9.
